One time payment of $360

There is so much to worry about, training progression, aerobic development, anaerobic development, runner strength,  swim anxiety, bike technique, recovery, gear selection, nutrition, pacing to name a few. 

We are aware that you really want three things:

  • To be able to focus on your Training and Development
  • To have some assistance in developing your Training knowledge
  • And secretly you would love a bit of accountability.

This is the ultimate coaching experience. Will you make the distance?  Well we can’t guarantee that, after all the unexpected could happen. But we can put you in a good position to have a great race, achieve your personal best or goal.  We’ll make sure you front up at the start line or commence your journey with the confidence you will make it to the finish line.

Cost:

$90-00 per Hour

Minimum: 4 Hours   ( $360-00, which Includes set-up Fees )

It is your choice when you select Personal, face to face Coaching. You outline the Goals, and we work together to formulate a plan to achieve those Goals.

Personalised training plan specific to Triathlon

Cycling Skills and/or Performance, TT, Hills Riding or Downhill Technique 

Accountability and Motivation

Demonstrated running and fitness improvement (provided you do the running, we can’t improve your fitness from sitting on the couch)
